Here are a few of our most favorite products and a little on why we love them!

Master Lock Lockbox

We have about a dozen of these Masterlock boxes, and we’ve had all 12 in operation sometimes! These are a lifesaver as they help us be in multiple places at once. These boxes allow all the different contractors and potential buyers access to our houses, so we don’t have to open the properties for them. Just connect to your front doorknob, add in the keys, set a code, and you are good to go. Plus, they are super affordable.

 

 

 

Bedjet

Now, this device is a splurge for sure, but we at The Stealthy Rich value quality over quantity, and the Bedjet delivers a ton of quality. We live in Texas, and it’s typically scorching here. This device allows us to turn our bed into a cloud by basically shooting cold air through the sheets at any temperature and speed. Oh MY GOSH, I never sweat now when sleeping, and I can turn the A/C off more, which is a win/win. Plus, in the winter, you can crank it to heat mode and feel nice and toasty in your bed. This thing is fantastic helps improve our quality of life.

 

Taurus SC (Fipronil)

This liquid is the magic stuff. This chemical is how you get rid of bugs in your home or your rentals. Follow the directions and mix it up in a garden sprayer with water. Then spray away around the outside of the house, windows, door frames, etc. We like to spray it also under sinks and around bathrooms for maximum effectiveness. Again this chemical is seriously magic, and it lasts forever. This bottle will eliminate your need for a professional exterminator. Do it twice a year, and you’ll be so happy you did.

 

 

 

RTIC (191) Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Tumbler, 30 oz, Stainless Steel

The Stealthy Rich love to stay hydrated, and what better way than with this RTIC tumbler. It’s hot here in Texas, and this thing makes it incredibly easy always to have a cold beverage at your fingertips. Seriously, it’s incredible! I don’t know how we lived without this thing before.

 

 

Mpow Jaws Gen-3 Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Neckband

We have a terrible habit of being glued to our phones most of the time. We use them so much to run our business. This Mpow Jaws headset is just the thing to keep us plugged in without always having to lift our phone to our ears. I love this thing; I rarely don’t have it around my neck, my kids call me “The Borg” when I have it on, but I love it so much. The headphones are magnetic and stick into the base unit with ease. I can quickly grab an earbud and stick it in my ear whenever I get a call. Plus, they sound great for all my music, and the battery lasts a long, long time. Plus, with controls on the headset itself, I can answer and end calls and play music without ever having to pull the phone out of my pocket—a must-have for anybody who uses audio on their phone.

 

 

 

Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide

Okay, once in a while, the above Fipronil doesn’t kill the spiders, it’s weird, but because they are higher off the ground, they seem immune to the fipronil. No worries, the Onslaught will destroy their existence no problem. Mix it up in a garden sprayer per the instructions and then let it reign terror down on the spiders. Dead in no time. Same stuff the pros use.

This thing is a lifesaver! We get lots of incredible lightning storms here in Texas, and this thing gives us peace of mind that all of our electronics will be fine. This device gets wired into your main panel and will take a beating anytime your house gets struck by lightning, sacrificing itself so that your valuable electronics and appliances don’t get fried. My neighbor’s house just this year was struck by lightning, and they lost all of their new appliances (washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, TV, and several computers). This is a must if you want to protect your house. Any electrician can wire it in for you for a small fee.
